从提高流屑角突变模型的预测精度出发,建立了切削状态参数与3个切削控制参数之间关系的新经验公式。提出了一种通过迭代法准确设定有限元仿真软件刀-屑摩擦因数的方法,并通过直角切削Al6061-T6工件的有限元仿真试验,获得了一组不同切削控制参数组合条件下的切削状态参数数据。根据该数据拟合出剪切角φ、刀-屑摩擦角β、剪切应力τs关于刀具前角γ0、进给量f和切削速度v的经验公式,并通过一组直角切削试验,验证了所得经验公式的有效性。将新建经验公式应用于流屑角突变建模过程后,所得模型关于突变临界切削宽度的平均预测误差减小了27.2%。 相似文献

Project work is becoming more and more important in everyday business, as is staffing the right newcomers for the project. Recognizing that not all new project team workers possess equally important specific knowledge, skills and abilities for the success of projects, we draw on project management, human resource management, and organizational socialization literature to develop a framework on how new project team members might be socialized, depending on their strategic value for the project. We specifically draw on the socialization tactics literature and propose how four categories of new employees – Internal specialists, External specialists, External generalists and Internal generalists; based on two dimensions – work task complexity and employment mode, can be socialized more effectively. We study a dynamic version of the assembly routing problem. The assembly lot sizing section deals with decisions concerning the production phase, whereas the routing section organises the collection of raw materials necessary for the production. Traditionally, these two problems are treated separately, and more specifically, in a hierarchical way. We propose three linear programming models: a non-vehicle index model, a two-commodity flow formulation and a logic-based benders decomposition. We develop aggregated rounded capacity constraints for non-vehicle index model and separated them dynamically during the Branch & Cut procedure. Logic-based benders decomposition algorithm solves the Dynamic Assembly Routing Problem iteratively and obtains a feasible solution at each iteration. The numerical tests show that, the two first models are particularly effective at finding the optimal solutions in a reasonable amount of time on instances with up to 50 components and 3 periods. 相似文献

Dynamic indirect tension experiments were performed on zirconium diboride-silicon carbide (ZrB2−20%SiC) ceramic. Flattened Brazilian disc specimens of ZrB2−20%SiC were prepared to conduct dynamic tensile tests using the modified Split Hopkinson pressure bar system. The tensile experiments were completed at the range of loading rates from 7.53 to 74.71 GP s−1. The tensile experimental results revealed that the zirconium diboride-silicon carbide ceramic composite is rate-sensitive in terms of the tensile strength and failure mode. The dynamic tensile strength increases linearly with the loading rate and changes from 195 MPa at 7.53 GP s−1 to 654 MPa at 74.71 GP s−1. Moreover, the dynamic tensile strength decreases with the increase in critical fracture time, which conforms to Tuler and Butcher's fracture criterion. In dynamic experiments, a high-speed camera was used to examine the tensile failure process, and fragments were collected to analyze the dynamic tensile failure mechanism. The tensile fracture mode of ZrB2−20%SiC obviously showed the sensitivity of the loading rate. 提出了一种基于多变量时间序列(MTS)及向量自回归(VAR)机器学习模型的水驱油藏产量预测方法,并进行了实例应用。该方法在井网分析的基础上通过MTS分析对注采井组数据进行优选,并将井组内不同采出井产油量及注入井注水量作为彼此相关的时间序列,通过建立VAR模型从多个时间序列中提取出相互作用规律,挖掘注采井间流量的依赖关系从而进行产量预测。水驱油藏历史生产数据分析结果表明,与数值模拟历史拟合结果相比,机器学习模型产量预测结果具有更高精度,同时不确定性分析提升了预测结果的安全性。通过脉冲响应分析对注入井的采油贡献量进行评价,可为注水开发方案调整提供理论指导。 相似文献

In this study, we examined the dependence of surface morphology and spin Seebeck effect (SSE) voltages on the poly[vinylpyrrolidone] (PVP) concentration in polycrystalline Y3Fe5O12 (YIG) ultrathin films on a silicon substrate synthesized by metal-organic decomposition followed by a crystallization process. During fabrication, PVP concentrations of 0.5–2 g were used while all other conditions remained fixed. Atomic force microscopy and grazing incidence X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurements revealed a strong dependence of crystallinity and sample morphology on PVP concentration. The 1-g PVP sample had the smoothest surface, with a root mean square roughness of 0.2 nm, as well as superior bulk uniformity with respect to the shape and intensity of XRD reflection peaks. This was confirmed by scanning electron microscopy measurements of a cross-section of the sample that revealed a uniform film without pores. SSE measurements were performed to obtain the output SSE voltages (VSSE) of all samples, to which a platinum layer was added as a spin-detection layer. Repeatedly, the 1-g PVP sample had the best performance, demonstrating the importance of film crystallinity and morphology in the spin-to-charge conversion efficiency of YIG films. 相似文献

Multifunctional or structural electrolytes are characterized by ionic conductivity high enough to be used in the electrochemical devices and mechanical performance suitable for the structural applications. Preliminary insights are provided into the combustion behavior of structural bi-continuous electrolytes based on bisphenol A diglycidyl ether (DGEBA), synthesized using the techniques of reaction induced phase separation and emulsion templating. The effect of the composition of the structural electrolytes and external heat flux on the behavior of the formulations were studied using a cone calorimeter with gases formed during testing analyzed using FTIR. The composition of the formulations investigated was changed by varying the type and amount of the ion conductive part of the bi-continuous electrolyte. Two ionic liquids, 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide (EMIM-TFSI) and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (BMIM-BF4), as well as a deep eutectic solvent (DES) based on ethylene glycol and choline chloride, were used. The results obtained confirm that time to ignition, heat release rate (HRR), total mass loss, as well as the composition of the gases released during tests depend on the composition of the formulations. Addition of liquid electrolyte is found to reduce the time to ignition by up to 10% and the burning time by between 28% and 60% with the added benefit of reducing the HRR by at least 34%. Gaseous products such as CO2, CO, H2O, CH4, C2H2, N2O, NO, and HCN were detected for all formulations with the gases SO2, NH3, HCl, C2H4, and NH3 found to be for certain formulations only. 相似文献

Four novel metal organic framework (MOF) structures containing acesulfame (ace) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) ligands of Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+ and Zn2+ metal cations were synthesized. The crystal structure analysis of three compounds (1, 2, and 3) was also performed. The structural formula for complex 4 is proposed based on spectroscopic and thermal analysis data. It has been determined that structures 1, 2, and 4 are in a distorted octahedral geometry. It has been suggested that the charge balance of the coordination sphere with 2+ is provided by two monoanionic ace ligands located outside the coordination sphere as counter-ion. In structure 3, there are two CuII metal cations, two phen ligands coordinated as bidentate to each metal cation and ace ligand that provides monoanionic-monodentate coordination. The Cu2+ cation has distorted bipyramidal geometry. The maximum hydrogen gas adsorption has been found 1.4575 mL/g (0.046 wt%) for the Ni complex. 相似文献
